The Junior Business Analyst is an entry level position that works closely with the Senior Business Analysis team.
Minimum twelve months experience working directly with users in a health and human services or child welfare system.
Minimum of twelve months experience providing computer support.
Minimum of twelve months experience and knowledge of software to collect, filter, process, create and distribute data.
Minimum of twelve months experience creating flow diagrams, structure charts, and other types of system or process representations.
Minimum of twelve months experience performing information activities to support the implementation of an automated service system
Minimum of twelve months experience and knowledge of SQL
Minimum of twelve months facilitating or providing technical assistance to users/groups and exhibiting leadership quality to arrive a sound business solutions to improve current business practices
Bachelor Degree
