About the Job
Growing beauty supply distributor located on Long Island is seeking a Marketing Assistant with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Proofing and editing marketing materials including a 400+ page catalog, deal flyers, packaging, website, etc.
- Create and update spreadsheets with pricing and deals.
- Coordinate travel plans, meetings and trade shows.
- Support field sales team with promotional materials and samples.
- Provide general support to management.
Requirements
Requires an associate's degree or its equivalent. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook required. Candidate must be organized, detail oriented, have excellent follow up skills and be able to multi-task.
