Regional Director Of Development
Major not for profit organization located in Manhattan is currently seeking an experienced fundraiserfor their expanding development department.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage an annual giving campaign and major gifts program with specific goals and metrics.
- Identify research, solicit and steward donor prospects with relationship-building strategies and best practices. Design and implement individual donor strategies.
- Produce funding proposals and fundraising collateral materials.
- Manage annual calendar of strategic donor communications and cultivation events.
- Provide ongoing support to clinical fundraising efforts.
- Manage daily operations such as budget development, donor tracking, records and reports.
- Apply fundraising technologies and techniques for maximum efficiency/productivity.
- Represent the Organizations prospective supporters and constituents.
- Engage Board members in the identification, cultivation and solicitation processes.
- Participate in senior-level organizational planning and decision-making.
- Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree and 5+ years senior level fundraising experience.
