A phenomenal, full-time position has come available for a Senior Cost Engineer with strong Heavy Construction background to join a top constructioncompany organization. Responsibilities
· Lead Cost Engineering; analyze past and current financial performances and create revenue and cash flow projections.
· Create quarterly cost reports
· Execute It system and software improvements for overall cost control
· Oversee training and mentoring of cost engineers
· Correspond with Controller providing necessary financial information
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration
- Please DO NOT APPLY unless you hold a BS Degree in Civil Engineeringand have at least 5+ years of experience with a reputable heavy constructioncompany within the tri-state area.
- Extensive experience specifically with Tunnels, Shafts, Bridges, Highway, and Subway Structures is required
- Robust knowledge of EDC, MTA, TBTA, NYSDOT, NYCDOT, PA NY & NY, NJ Transit, NJDOT.
- Have valid driver license and own transportation.
- Strong knowledge of Timberline and Heavy Bid software
